Small red veins can appear when the blood vessels or capillaries close to the surface of the skin become enlarged. They then look like they have burst or are broken. These little red veins can appear all over your face. However they are particularly common on the cheeks, around the nose, and also on the chin.
The medical term used to describe facial thread veins is Telangiectasia.
There are many causes of Telangiectasia on face, but usually it’s down to one of the many types of of Rosacea.
There are several ways you can improve the appearance of red veins or thread veins on your face.
Some people suggest using topical creams, but in our experience this will only be a temporary solution.

The energy produced by the laser targets the haemoglobin beneath the skin surface causing the red veins to quickly disappear.
