CoolSculpting is an FDA cleared non-surgical treatment to remove stubborn fat. CoolSculpting works by delivering precisely controlled cooling through special applicators, with the result that fat cells in the treated area are then frozen and subsequently die. This process is known in medicine as Cryolipolysis. Once the fat cells have died, they do not return to the treated area.
Cool Sculpting can be used to remove:
CoolSculpting is a non-invasive and non-surgical fat removal treatment that does not involve any cutting or incision of the skin. The cold temperature is delivered using highly sensitive applicators which monitor the temperature of the patient’s skin during treatment to ensure safety. Some patients also refer to CoolSculpting as a form of non-surgical or non invasive liposuction.
Most patients find it a comfortable procedure and use the time while being treated to read magazines, listen to music or watch your favourite programme on Netflix.
Typically CoolSculpting results in a 20-25% reduction of fat in the treated area after 1 treatment. Follow up treatments will usually result in further improvement.
Yes! There had been more than 7 million CoolSculpting procedures performed worldwide and it is now available in 74 countries.

Dr Haus Dermatology has been named ‘Best for Bodies’ in the Tatler Beauty & Cosmetic Surgery Guide. Our clinic was also featured in the BBC’s 2020 documentary called The Truth About Cosmetic Surgery.
CoolSculpting is generally suitable for anyone with ‘punchable fat’ but we offer complimentary assessments with an experienced CoolSculpting practitioner, who will assess you and advise if the treatment might be suitable for you.
At the assessment you will have the chance to discuss the areas where you would like to get rid of fat, find out if it is likely to work for you (sometimes it is not going to give you the best results and we may need to look at other fat reduction treatments).
You will also be able to see CoolSculpting before and after photos of other people we have treated at Dr Haus Dermatology. Your practitioner can also explain the various CoolSculpting Applicators to you so that you better understand the details of the treatment.
The price of CoolSculpting is determined by the area being treated as well as the number of cycles required. At your assessment, the practitioner will be able to recommend a treatment plan, give you an understanding of the total price and advise when you can start your treatment.
We offer CoolSculpting assessments and treatments in our CQC Registered Harley Street Clinic.

CoolSculpting London Review
Despite stepping up my training over the past year and going easy on the chocolate, I'm a pear shape through and through and my bum and thighs boast a layer of fat I just can't budge. I would never consider going under the knife to get rid of it, but CoolSculpting seems like a happy medium: sayonara, saddlebags sans surgery... Ever the cynic, I wasn't expecting amazing results, so losing 3cm off each thigh was an absolute win.
